01 Order Processing

All orders are reviewed and processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Once your order is packed and dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to follow the parcel's progress.

02 Shipping Methods & Times

We partner with reputable carriers including UPS, FedEx, DHL, and USPS. The carrier assigned to your order depends on your delivery address and the most efficient available route.

03 Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the destination, package weight, and chosen delivery speed. The exact cost will be shown before you complete your order.

We occasionally offer free shipping promotions on orders above a certain value. Keep an eye on our homepage or subscribe to our newsletter to be notified.

04 Tracking Your Order

Every order ships with a tracking number, which is emailed to you (and sent by text where available) as soon as the package is handed to the carrier.

Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to become active in the carrier's system after dispatch. If your tracking still shows no movement after that time, please contact our support team.

05 Customs & Duties

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the price of the product or shipping.

Please check with your local customs office for an estimate before ordering. Refusal to pay customs charges may result in your parcel being returned or destroyed; refunds in these cases will be assessed individually.

06 Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is confirmed lost in transit or arrives damaged, we'll work with you to resolve it promptly. Please contact our support team within 7 days of the expected delivery date with:

  • Your order number
  • The tracking number
  • Photos of any damage (for damaged items)

We will investigate with the carrier and issue a replacement or refund where appropriate.

07 Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of delivery. To qualify for a return, the item must be:

  • Unused, unopened, and in its original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
  • Returned within the 14-day window

Certain items are non-returnable for hygiene, safety, or regulatory reasons, including any perishable goods, sale items, and items marked as final sale on the product page.

08 How to Request a Return

  1. Contact us through the Contact Us page within 14 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and the reason for the return.
  2. Receive return instructions from our team, including the return address and a Return Authorization (RA) number.
  3. Ship the item back in its original packaging, clearly marked with the RA number. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item was defective or incorrect.
  4. Receive your refund or exchange within 5–10 business days of us receiving and inspecting the returned item.

09 Refunds

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of receiving the returned item. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take a few additional days for the funds to appear in your account.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable, except where the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped, defective product, etc.).

10 Cancellations

You may cancel an order before it has been dispatched. Please contact our support team as quickly as possible with your order number. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled — but you may follow the return process above after delivery.
